EXP .TO DEMONSTRATE OSMOSIS USING POTATO TISSUES

REQUIREMENTS
- A big potato
- 2 beakers
- tablesalt
- distilled water
- corkborer

PROCEDURE
1. Prepare a concentrated solution of table salt in one beaker
2. In the other beaker put distilled water
3. Using a cork borer, prepare 4 potato cylinders of equal length
4. Put 2 cylinders in each of the beakers
5. Leave the set ups for one hour and make observations

QUESTION

Compare the length and texture of the potato cylinders.
